This year the Orillia Film Festival features a night of entertainment dedicated to content from film makers with a local connection. ”Last year we had so many great local films we didn’t have time to play them all in one night. This year we wanted to showcase our talented local film makers. We really wanted to get their work on the screen so that everyone can enjoy it”, said Festival Director Tim Hillson. The show is on October 3 and starts at 7 PM and runs until 9 PM at the Orillia Public Library. Thanks to the generosity of our sponsors, admission to the local night is free! Tickets for the open night featuring films from Orillia and all over the world on October 4 at the Orillia Opera House are selling fast and are available on-line for $10.50 at www.orilliaoperahouse.ca or at the door.
